Vibrant village community
Muggensturmers engage in a wide range of club activities. Nearly 40 registered clubs and organisations are dedicated to maintaining a vibrant community for each resident to enjoy. Founded in 1859, the male choral society is the oldest club in Muggensturm.
The largest club today is the gymnastics club, which has 1,300 members and was founded in 1892. The wide-ranging club programme offers leisure and recreational activities catering to all tastes.
Some 100 cultural and sporting events a year bear testimony to a vibrant village community. We are proud of our bustling club activities and volunteer work.
The highlight of the annual events calendar is the annual folk festival in late July.
